can't confirm 100% but i'd test the transistors in that section if i were you. wires to that connector also.

i'm glad you found the problem.
after looking at the schematics, wires connector, the board for this machine (i used to have 2 in the basement) the row and column, it was clear to me Q12 was bad.
Swap, 3 legs from behind, if you are good with a solder it's a simple swap. remove it, clean the area and resolder the new one.
