None of the solenoids are working on the machine. Here's some background:

1. I checked all the fuses - pulling them out of the machine to check them.
2. The machine boots up fine - code 0 on the board.
3. All the lights work perfectly
4. The machine will actually start a game - but won't kick out a ball
5. At the non-special solenoids, I get a reading of 1.5 volts
6. At the 5 special solenoids, I get a reading of 37 volts
7. None of the solenoids will fire during the coil test in diagnostic mode
8. Some of the special solenoid coils were wired backwards, which caused their transistors to blow, but everything has been replaced and checks out OK.
9. Off the power supply board, I am getting the proper voltages.
