Ramp broken?

Worn to wood?

Shuttle cracked?

#4 8 years ago

In nice condition/shopped with LED's

#5 8 years ago

$1500

#6 8 years ago

So a lot more expensive than Comet - similar ones seem to be listed for no more than $1,000.

#7 8 years ago

Comet is a great game, and still earns well on route.

But Space Shuttle is the "everything including the kitchen sink" game that went up greatly in value the moment replacement ramps, playfields and shuttle toys became available to restore them.

How about 100% working but needs a playfield BG=8, cabinet=7

#12 8 years ago

Any working space shuttle will bring 500-800 depending on the other pieces.

He's wrong. Apparently CPR will NOT be making new playfields. And calling that playfield paint job "touch up" is like calling an elephant "larger than a mouse". Good luck with that.

#14 8 years ago

That is the one. I told him about the playfields not being available. If I get it for the right price, I can send the PF out to John.

Oh my, He just painted large black areas to cover the wood. My niece could do better with crayons and I could throw mylar over it.

You should always check ebay completed items to get an idea of street trading prices.

Sometimes you get even more useful info. As in: look what sold a few weeks ago, but the very same machine...

ebay.com link: Williams Space Shuttle pinball machine

It was overbid even at that IMO: even if the current flip-seller didn't do it, that pf crayon hack is an insult to the term "touchup". And there's no way he has $400 worth of parts let alone work into it since...

I'd run. Away. Far.

That is the one. I see that it was listed before but did not sell from another location. Running away!!

Thanks all for the info.
