fuses first. Are the GI lights working? The red and yellow wire connectors on the mpu control the light matrix. Are those connectors in good shape?
That was it! Fuse was good, fuse holder was a little loose so I squeezed it tighter. Thanks again! Onward and Upward!

Ready Pilot One Sure is great seeing everything finally working. It still starts up in bookkeeping mode. I had already taken the battery holder off the board and connected an external battery pack. So it's got over the 3.5v required. Any thoughts?
so I had the same issue and it ended up being an on/off switch on the battery pack. If that is not it then check the door switch. It will go into bookkeeping mode if you start up the game with the door open (I think)
Strange, when I turn the game on with the coin door closed and push the test sw1 on the board I get a board code of 5 instead of 0 which I think means the door is open (but it's closed). If I open the coin door and power it on and press the test sw1 on the board it goes into attract mode. weird...or not?
