You are doing it correct . Now that you are missing the negative 100 volts you should remove the power supply and check for a cracked header pin on the back side of the power supply.
Quoted from djreddog:The bad news is I had to buy a new PSU
Why didn't you repair the old one?
Quoted from doubleb82:what should my next steps be?
You need to rebuild the entire power supply or you be fixing this board every year untill everything has been rebuilt.
Quoted from doubleb82:How would I be getting -100vdc but not the +100vdc?
Any of these parts can cause the 100 volts to stop working.
Quoted from doubleb82:A quick search came up empty for kits.

Quoted from doubleb82:Would the cap kit be the HV rebuild kit that grauwulf mentioned?
No it would just be a cap kit to replace all the electrolytic caps on the board. The same caps can be had at GPE but not in a kit at this time, must look them up on the site individuality. Big Daddys has them in kits, but not the other parts.
The HV rebuild kits are no longer available. Parts must be purchased separately.
I listed the MJE15030 as an example of what can be purchased from GPE. With out testing I can not tell you what needs to be replaced.
