Looks like with our back and forth texts we are narrowing it down. So far it's looking like U7 is the culprit with the readings you are giving me.

The flippers working in attract mode were a dead giveaway of a damaged/defective 7402. If the PIA was the issue then all the special solenoids would be affected in one way or another. I hope the U7 is the only problem once you pull it and retest it. You're on the homestretch now!

I lost a 7402 on my Space Shuttle system 9 board when a wire broke loose on the RC network on the bottom of the top left pop, no short the wire just broke loose from the solder connection. So make sure all those connections are good. Since I know you socketed that U7 it should be an easy fix if this happens again. So glad you got it going, now post some pix already!
