I just setup a Space Shuttle machine and am noticing quite a few airballs after hitting the "T" drop target directly in front of the Space Shuttle ramp. I have confirmed that my flipper coils are indeed the correct ones, so I don't think flipper strength is my issue here. Is there something on the drop target itself or the assembly that could cause airballs after direct hit on the "T" drop target? I'm a tad nervous my luck will run out and one of these airballs will break some plastics.

never had that problem. Maybe try adjusting copper strip on the back of the target. Make it stronger and weaker to see if either way helps.

Mine is the same way. I wasn't around when these were on route so I didn't know if that was just normal.
