Quoted from Wickerman2:Shuttle just landed. I'd like to find one of those stainless speaker panels and figure out how to back light it. If anybody has any info...
Me too! Thanks Crispin

Quoted from Wickerman2:I'm not super checked out on System 9 diagnostics...the switch test results in the game cycling through switches 10,11,12, and 47 over and over even if I engage other switches. 10-12 are ramp switches I think. I assume switch test should just show the last switch engaged, so something's not right
10-12 is correct, those are ramps. 47 should be off, its this guy underneath "airlock"
Quoted from Pinfactory2000:Hi everyone, got a SS and I'm in the midst of heavily shopping it. Got new plastics (ugh. The light blue color) and topper. I've tried to search this thread for ideas on how to mount it...It didnt come with brackets/legs. Any ideas? Thanks!
Me too....
Also, there is a nice interview with Barry Oursler, designer of #space shuttle, on little kings podcast #18 starting around the 1:12:30 mark.
Quoted from Pinfactory2000:Ok, two quick questions.
1) free play. I've set 04 19 to the correct number but 04 18 can't be set to zero, mine goes from like 28-31 I think. What am I doing wrong?
2) is there a way to boost the volume of the main cabinet speaker? Would love to hear a little bass out of the game.
Thanks!
what did you put 04-19 to? does 04-18 just cycle 28-31? put 04-19 back to '01', then see if you can get 04-18 to '00'.
Quoted from AMBoggs:Does anyone make a replacement speech board? Mine has kept cutting out and now is gone completely. Before if I messed with the volume, it would resolve itself some, but still garbled.
