My machine has four flashers under the hot dog inserts and four in the light box. The lamps are #63, 7 volts, but a couple are burned out. I have some #67's, 13.5 volt. I don't think it's such a hot idea to sub the 67's for 63's. Is that right?

Thanks,

Alan

Putting my Space Shuttle back together after stripping the playfield, I have three round standoff posts with female machine screw holes in the top. Did I make a note as to which one went where during disassembly? Of course not, that would make too much sense.
The lengths are: 4", 2 13/16" and 2 5/8". One goes above the right pop bumper, one in the far right rear corner and one near the right edge of the middle of the playfield. Does anyone know which is which?

Thanks,

Alan

I have a broken capacitor on my right sling coil. It looks like it says: 22uf, 25 volts, but I'm not sure. The manual isn't very clear either. Anyone know for sure?

Thanks,

Alan

Just installed an old switch that didn't have the leaves so bent up anyway. Problem solved.

Space Shuttle plays speech words when Switch 2 on CPU/Driver is pressed as it should.
Sound Test plays only sounds.
But speech is not heard in gameplay, only sounds. I have done a factory reset, no change. Any thoughts?

Quoted from rottenrobert1313:

Sanded above inserts and avoiding shooter lane.

Looks great. What grades of sandpaper did you use during the process? The inserts look shiny already without any spray clear.
