The middle kick out hole on my Space Jam is starting to breakup around the edges. It was repaired when I bought it and looks like it's in need of some fill/sanding/painting.
I haven't tried this level of repair but it's something I'd like to do while the playfield remains in the game.
Looks like a screw point tip is appearing from the underside of the playfield as well. That can't be good for scratching the balls...LOL

Any suggestions on products/technique to best remedy this issue will be appreciated.

I'd like to see a pic of the original playfield in that area to get an idea what to shoot for.
I guess maybe I should contact Pinball Shark maybe or Pinball Pimp if I'm really serious about doing it right.

I also tried a Cliffy Protector in this hole.
Fit great, looked great and would keep me from really "having" to do any repair work on it but the ball would not sit down in that hole with the protector installed. It would just bounce out. I think the wood helps absorb the brunt of the shot as it gets shot in, sometimes with some pretty heavy force.
