When I play my Space Invaders game the what I call the "thumbing sound" the is supposed to get louder and faster is very faint. I do hear it but not very loud. I turned up the sound on the sound board, all other sounds get louder but not the thumbing.

The sound board I have is AS-2518-32. would re capping this board solve my problem?

Thanks for the advise, I not sure how to move this post. I copied it and started a new post in the solid state forum but it would not let me do that because it was a duplicate.
