Annoying...switches are clean and properly adjusted, wires appear to be intact. Alltek board and rebuilt connector. What else is there to check? Everything else works, scores, and sounds properly.
Thanks!!

Had this exact same issue a few weeks ago. Long story short, one of the 50 point rebound switches just below the regular pop bumpers was stuck closed. That was the issue on this particular game, but any switch stuck closed on the same row or column as those passive bumpers would cause the same problem. I'd venture to guess, there are probably several other switches not registering on your game.
Good call, Schudel5! I was getting ‘05’ in switch test, but could clearly see the gap in the passive bumper switches under the playfield. Then I noticed the wire color on a couple of the standups in that area is the same, and verified in the manual that those are also ‘05.’ Sure enough, one of those was stuck closed. Problem solved.
Thanks!!
