Hi all, hopefully this is in the right place as first post.
Been playing SI and all flippers died and fuse blown on solenoid. Random brown wire appeared to have come off, (43volts) from top right flipper. Resoldered on and after few test flips blew rectifier f4 (5amp fuse), left top flipper flipped but didn't hold in up position. Changed fuse and cleaned eos contacts. Now left flippers work (still won't hold up) but now right flippers won't work. Hum from bottom flipper (and voltage) no sound/voltage from others. Since this all started happening the background sound has also been bad, humming etc.
Any ideas?
Also I'm not that technical, can use a voltmeter and solder. That's about it.

Check all your voltages on the rectifier board first. Next, look at the connectors from the rectifier board, and finally, look at the connectors on the MPU. If they are tarnished and corroded, they will need replaced.

This all started when a wire came off the flipper coil? Could be a bad coil. You symptoms suggest the EOS on one or more flipper coils is not wired properly. Check the 'random' brown wire and make sure its wired so the EOS shorts out the holding coil and opens at about 80% of the flipper stroke. Dual flipper games have 2 EOSs on the lower flipper. The EOSs should be wired break-make.
Finally, test the EOS adjustment by pushing in the plunger with your finger and not by turning the flipper it'self.
