thanx everyone who chimed in to help out really appreciate the help

Cleaned it up,waxed it, now hopefully two boards and a set of rubbers will get me playing. Oh and connectors.
That's all for now.....to be continued.

Wow you got a nice playfield on that one, too bad for the mpu, you would most likely be better off just getting a replacement. You could always fill in the credit button later, at least someone put it right on the white so it would be easy to touch up. I'm not sure how you set it up for free play but I think there's a way to set it to give a free game at a real low score, I'm sure someone else can tell you how. Can't wait to see it cleaned and waxed.

Looking great! I just got one a couple weeks ago...Threw some money at it, labor, and cleaning looks pretty good also...great job man! Isn't it a great feeling bringing an older pin back to life?

Looks tits man! Can't wait to get mine there..... Yeah I just have too much fun bringing them back to life.

Looks great Blade! Nothing like that game all fixed up. The backglass with the infinity lights, the widebody aspect, the artwork, and the heartbeat, along with the battleship like Bally platform. Even the connection to the Alien movie. You could even say its actually the first "Alien" movie Pinball! SI is just so different than a modern game. I have modded mine a little bit and blinged it out. My wife and I really have fun with that one. Congrats to everyone who restores their SI's to their former glory.

Sooo sadly enough the cab on this is trashed with termites.... I have taken every thing out the cab,and will be looking for a replacement.
Or I might build a cab for it. But would much rather just find one ready to go. Looks like this project is on the back burner for now
The only thing the termites didn't eat was the paint lol

Hawaii is brutal in the termite department!

Upside, gonna be a lot cheaper to get it back to Colorado

It's crazy the paint looks great, but push with your finger and just caves in all over the place. didn't touch the playfield tho, except on random plastic piece...tunneled rite throu it. Maybe this termite ate the lead paint
