Average of four hours of sleep, last Wednesday through this Tuesday, running around prepping and moving games and then getting them back to their respectively owners.
My friends from the Mobile and Pensacola region brought up five pins, a virtual pin and an arcade and returned from with 7 pins (actually 8 through a side trip action on the way home)
It was hard work but I'll tell you - the event organizers and positive feedback make it totally worth it. Bringing games left us all feeling more connected to the show even though we are five hours away. They welcomed us in like we were part of the family. Looking forward to next year already! I think the show organizers are really the X-factor that make this show special and Joe & Mica were rock-stars dealing with all of the games (and the humans associated with them).
I agreed to buy the TOTAN months ago from a GAPAS member and met the owner Saturday morning - I was separated from my toolbag but tried to get it set up as quickly as possible, Saturday morning when it arrived (epic seller btw- couldn't be happier with the transaction).
The audits and leaderboard on that game included below..

At any rate, back to Southern Fried Gameroom Expo, I'm amazed at the degree that the show keeps getting better. Just when you think "dang , that was about perfect" - somehow they 1UP it. It was really great to get away for the weekend and get pulled into pinball & arcade excitement.
Seriously, you guys rocked it out this weekend.
