We have been recruited by The Star League to defend the frontier against Xur and the Ko-Dan Armada.

    Quoted from SpaceGhost:

LOL. Well, in my mind, it's a classic up there with E.T. and Goonies.

    Xur....total space douche!!!

Dude, why the JP for an avatar? Shouldn't it be a STARFIGHTER LOGO???

I have wanted them to update the sfx for 25 years. Wouldn't even cost that much. Maybe if they make a 4k transfer.

    Quoted from SpaceGhost:

Did they update the graphics on a new version of the film?

    I don't believe so

BTW....We are planning on taking this rig to Pin-a-go-go 2018 in Dixon, CA in October. Anyone else planning on going to this?

Looks like I'm going to Dixon.

    Quoted from j_m_:

mannequin was 80s goodness and during a time when kim cattrall was smoking hot. the sequel, as toyotaboy mentioned was utter crap
it's weird how our tastes change as we get older (and things that we remember were awesome back in our youth, are not so much any more. certain movies, even as cheesy as they were back in the day, still hold up pretty well (caddyshack, ferris bueller's day off, doc hollywood) probably even more so because we're still quoting them to this day

I like how you snuck Doc Hollywood in there. I mean "Cars v.1".

jackontherocks LOL. I believe we are doing story modes but we're still more heavily into the mechanics stage right now. That's a great suggestion for sure though.
mustangpaul I really like story mode rules in modern pins. It gives you a good sense of progression.

I think they're talking about the attract mode and the match for replay. Attract mode totally makes sense. Great idea. The game goes on and off like when Centauri is getting close. Maybe it only does it every 10 min or something.

Could also do that w/ the mini game inside the pin!

Off the shelf Tron one would be reliable, but not sure obtainable.

What about Twister, Fireball or X-Men?

I don't mind this pic of Alex, but not the red circle...

    #994 3 years ago

Um, wow, this PF is almost ours? I mean, the arcade game and the trailer park sign are in EXACTLY the same spot!

    #995 3 years ago

Also, I never thought of it, but a figure could go in for an easy toy somewhere... like SW:EP1 (Jar Jar)

Well, maybe we should add an "S" if this project ever restarts...
