Yep, you installed all the ROMS upside down. See the notch on the upper edge of the ROMS? Also notice the notch on the chip above it is pointing down? This notch points to the end of the chip that has pin 1. Typically all chips on the board have pin 1 oriented in the same direction.
You can try installing them correctly but chances are they are blown.
You should be able to install your original ROMs and they will work (you don't typically damage the board installing ROMs backwards)
