My Kenny doesn't move side to side like he's supposed to. He tries to, but only wiggles a bit. He falls forward fine, has a buzz sound until he's back upright.

What should I do to fix this? (complete noob to pinball and electronics).

I've run diagnostic and nothing happens when I fire up the solenoid for left and right movement.

I've opened it up and the mechanism seems tight.

Do I need to replace the solenoids? I'm assuming any kind of lubricant is a bad idea.

The advice is greatly appreciated. I'm just happy nothing is seriously broken.
One more small favor, can you link to me the parts I need to order? Coil plungers and LED's? I'd hate to take it all apart and not have what I need on hand.
