    4000 miles or 9000 miles, it's aboot the same distance when dealing with large oceans. I've heard that capacitors are available in Australia as both Ainsworth and Aristocrat, who make a ton of slot machines (OK, they call them Pokies) and they manufacture and stuff their own circuit boards with everything, including capacitors. No need to source from the USA. Heck China and Japan are pretty close.
