Ed at GPE has a 27000uF 25v one as shown on this page: https://www.greatplainselectronics.com/products.asp?cat=67
Ask him if it would be a suitable replacement.
A +/- of 20% for these are OK so 27000uF should be fine. They could be more than 20% off anyway depending on the quality. I would be more concerned about the mounting and connections.
The connections look the same on that one at Ed's, the mounting is done with zip ties, so I do not think that will be an issue..

The question is why replace? Are you sure they are bad? They usually are one of the ones that rarely goes bad. Filters the power for the lamp matrix.
