This high roller casino has an audio problem. The volume is always on full blast. When you use the buttons to turn the volume all the way down to zero it turns off. I believe the first two bars do nothing but as soon as you hit the third bar you are at full volume. The 12 volts coming from the power board is a little over 14 volts and it seems to have a little AC on it. When I put my meter on AC it seems to jump back and forth between AC and DC not sure if this is an issue or not. The 5 volts is solid at just a little over 5 volts and has no AC on it. The -12 is solid and doesn't seem to have any AC on it. I checked c30 capacitor and it tests good, I also tested c29 for the -12 volts and it tests good as well.

R106 and R110 are good. Caps in the amp section have been replaced. New roms are installed. Would a bad DAC cause this problem?
