Batman Forever
Sega, 1995Hey all, ... just finishing up a decent BF, but it has a sound issue. Sometimes when you turn the game on, a continuing background sound plays, yet sometimes, it stays off.
We don't restore too many Sega's, so I haven't come across this problem before. If anyone could point me in the right dirsction, I sure would appreciate it.

Sound board in the lower right of the backbox, reseat the connectors especially the ribbon cable. A guy I know has the same issue with a TFTC where it keeps repeating the same phrase over and over and over and over and over and over as soon as you turn the game on. Just keeps repeating even when you start a game. Reseat the connectors and it's fine for a month or two. Worth a shot.
