I'm a fan of craftsman tools. I have never had a problem. I have some husky (home depot) tools as well -- one socket wrench broke and I was able to get it replaced for free, no hassle.
Stanley tools are great too, just no warranty but I've never broke a Stanley tool.
Now harbor freight tools... I would not recommend if you need to use the tool more than once.
