Hi all,

I have a sorcerer that is not working. When I power the game on, all of the lights work on the playfield but the scoring displays don't light up. The diagnostics display on the inside of the backbone consistently displays a "7". Pressing the start button does nothing, can't enter into any of the testing modes because the scoring displays do not come on. What should my next move be?

7 is one of the more complicated problems. I've been fighting it on my Space Shuttle for awhile with no luck. I've sent the boards to two different people and now it appears my cabinet is actually causing the issue and not on the boards itself. But usually it is boards.
