Hi, sometimes when balls go up into the boat (Stugots Multiball) I get flaky results. Exa. when one ball goes up it might say 2 ball lock. The switches in the boat are working correctly. The game is running CPU version 3.00 and Display version 3.01. Does anyone know if upgrading to the last version (CPU 5.00 / Display 5.00) will help / fix this problem?

The boat should remember prior locks even if the physical lock is empty. There may be a software setting so that locks carry over between games or one so that locks can be stolen by other players.
To confirm- are you seeing that the first lock in a game starts a multiball, or is it the first lock immediately after ending the prior multiball in the same game?
Hi, just looked at the manuel. Went through Standard and Feature adjustments - I can't see anything referencing lock settings at all. I guess it could be remembering locks for each player in a multi-player game. To tell you the truth I usually have a couple of beers playing the game 
, that could be the problem! I'll have to pay close attention next time and see if it's remembering individual player locks. I'll let you know......
