Here is the place to talk everything Sopranos! Underrated Stern pin by Gomez and Sheats. A lot of fun, especially for Sopranos fans. Will update thread with pictures of my machine. Show off yours!

I love mine, great under rated game. Cool shots, great modes and call outs from the show. Big Points mode always gets a reaction from guests!!
One of only 2 games my wife has asked for by name (the other was IM...she is a great girl!)

Next on my list to acquire...

Yes, I have seen alternates sold on Ebay from time to time. I think they go for about $100.

#7 8 years ago

Hope to own one by this time next year. My most wanted game.

#8 8 years ago

I plan to be ready to buy one by xmas next year. Cannot wait!

Lighting looks great. What did you use?

#12 8 years ago

I buy LEDs directly from a China. Lots cheaper that way. I don't know the company name right off but I could get it to you tonight.

Just curious as to the type of LED. 1 SMD, 2 SMD, frosted, or clear, etc.

#14 8 years ago

They are flat 4 smd no dome top or cover.

I should have just tried buying JD and Sopranos from you when I bought three of your pins. I didn't realize how fun of a game Sopranos was until I got a chance to play a nice one. It is the same layout basically as LOTR but to me at least it feels less like chopping wood.

Not really chopping wood until your only rank left is boss. Have to do everything the game offers and there is a lot. I've gotten underboss so many times, never been close to boss.

#19 8 years ago

Sold mine and it is sorely missed, in my top 5 for DMD games for sure

#20 8 years ago

Driving 4.5hrs to get one of these on Sunday morning.

Does this machine do a lot of fading with the GI?

#21 8 years ago

Is anyone doing a run on Sopranos plastics anytime soon? Mine are pretty good except for the lane shooter plastic is home mode.

Few pics from the machine I picked up, needs a good clean but otherwise pretty good.

Could someone scan their shooter lane plastic for me please, I'm going to try and get a repro made.

Hey man. Hope you are enjoying the pins! Yes, Sopranos is a ton of fun!

#24 8 years ago

Could anyone send me the pictures taken during the strip-down of their machine please?

#25 8 years ago

Literally just come in from stripping mine down, PM me with your email and I can send you what you want

Good deal. Do it.

#29 8 years ago

I am asking the going rate?

#30 8 years ago
Quoted from bellbrand:

Oh I thought that was the asking price. $3,500-$4,000 for a game in pristine shape. Anything over $4k better be breathtaking if you ask me.

Are there ever going to be repro plastics done for this? I'm now in need of two lower slingshots and a couple of other plastics.

I'm at 3800 but across the country.

Getting a ton of airballs off the stugots drop target, is there a fix besides disabling the damn thing?

#37 8 years ago

Just joined the club.. Sopranos came in a couple weeks ago from Italy. It's rough outside but pf is good. Couple questions.. Anyone know about getting a couple parts:

New lower fish jaw. Seems to be out of stock is this unobtanium now?

Dancer. Probably out of luck I'm guessing..

Cab decals??

And any alt translate?

Thanks!!

I am having a problem where the safe only registers being hit 1 in 20 times. When I push on the front of the safe with my hand it works fine but cant hit it hard enough (or in the right spot) while playing a game. Has this happened to anyone else? Any way to fix?

#40 8 years ago

Bend the switches behind the safe out so it takes less pressure to activate them.

I had this issue and replaced the micro switches in the safe and its worked perfect since...also check switch wires for bad connection/breaks as this area moves around a lot and puts stress on wires

Sweet! thanks for the link on the translite!

Fish lower jaw came back in stock at marco, lucked out.

Dancer -- found it on amazon.. not exact match but you wouldn't know it if you didn't know what was supposed to be there.

Surprised there's not more activity in here.. Used to the shadow club. I wonder if it's because not many pinsiders own sopranos or it doesn't have many issues or there just isn't a ton of love for it..?

Got the problem fixed. It was a few broken wires

#45 8 years ago

I had this game for a year and loved it. Great theme and deep enough. It did get a bit easy and ball times were long but call outs were top notch. More people need to try it and add it to your collection. You won't be sorry.

#46 8 years ago

I love mine. It's the only game I own that I haven't completed the wizard mode. Been to the boss mode many times but haven't completed it yet.

I cannot wait to own this to see if I can get to Boss mode. the one that I always used to play on location I never came close.

#49 8 years ago

Just seeing this thread now. Thanks for creating it. Added LED's and ordered LEDOCD. Ordered GIGizmo a few days ago. With the cold weather coming soon, maybe I will find time to get them installed.

I've got images stashed somewhere of Sopranos done up in red trim. Need to get them posted here for motivation.

#50 8 years ago

Love mine, got it new in the box. No problems at all. Great fun. Working on all new LED lights this weekend.
