Match with the file sizes.

CPU image is 128KB = 1024Mbit, uses a 27010. U210 in the manual should match.
Display image is 512KB = 4096Mbit, uses a 27040.

Thats the maximum size EPROM Whitestar supports - those are generic Whitestar schematics. Not the actual size for Sopranos.

Look in the manual, doctor pinball page "DR 1".

If you mirror the rom image 4x and burn that into the 27040, it will work fine.

I would just use a 27010.
