It's done. It's in the cabinet. It works. It's so different and soooooo not level. I almost cried when it booted up. It was a struggle getting everything to fit and play nice, it IS. a WPC size playfield in a Williams system 11 cabinet after all. But its done. Huge milestone. Haven't felt this happy/proud since the first time it flipped. Tons more work to do and translite arrives Friday. But for now I will celebrate. It's a real pinball machine now.
Also that spooky apron is clearly way too tall.

Absolutely incredible!!! I’m checking back in after missing this thread for a year, been so busy with work, trying to buy a house and closing my arcade (closed for 11 months straight, thanks Cuomo!)
Phenomenal work! Once again the fans do Sonic the proper justice Sega never seems to deliver on their own!
From your first post to now is incredible, I never would have imagined this level of game coming out of it. Your coding is absurdly impressive and your theme integration is the best thing I’ve EVER SEEN in pinball. Pin of the decade right here.
Sega should cut you a check just for doing them such a service. I sincerely hope that if AP picks this up they don’t pull a Sega and needlessly butcher an incredible fan-creation that pays such homage to their awesome little Blue Blur!
If I can help at this stage please let me know! Oh, and the stick artwork is very cute!
