With the lights out, it's less dangerous.
Marijuana and potatoes.
Centerfold. I hear boobs instead of blues.
I was shakin' in my shoes
Whenever she flashed those baby-boobs.
Honest to god i used to think the lryics to the great eric clapton song "Layla" was "Gay Love"
"Gay love... got me on my knees: gay love! begging darling please: gay love."
I had a friend in high school who thought the song "Laughter in the Rain" by Neil Sedaka was a lesbian love song. Neil has a rather high voice, and he thought it was a woman singing "I turned to her, and she kisses me". I had to explain to him that the singer was a guy. Moron!
I remember in Junior High (well before the internet) when kids were getting into AC/DC and a classmate wanted to share the lyrics of one of his favorites he heard on the radio. He went to the trouble back then of typing the lyrics on a typewriter, getting copies made, and then passing them out before class to everyone. Unfortunately, we all ridiculed him pretty badly when we saw the title of the song . . . "Dirty Deeds and the Dundard Jeep". Not only was it way off base, but what the heck is a Dundard Jeep supposed to be?
I also remembered he butchered the phone number in the song. I don't remember exactly, but instead of numbers he substituted some phrase.
Stevie Nicks - Edge of Seventeen
Just like the ONE winged dove, sings a song, sounds like she's singin'... Ooh Ooh Ooh
Me forever- 'wow, crazy she's singing about a one winged bird'

That's what I always thought she was singing!
Two of the many I can think of:
My friend's cousin got major shit from his mom one day when playing the Who's "Eminence Front", she thought they were saying "Emma let's fu**", still cracks me up when I hear that song.
One I personally had no idea what they were saying for many years is the female vocals in the Stone's "Gimme Shelter", she really says (screams) "rape, murder" and I thought she sang something like "hey brad".
I was playing Steely Dan one day, and the song "FM" came on. My sister thought Fagen sang, "give us some f*#ked-up music"...
