Ebay makes it harder to see actual sale price as they look more attractive to sellers when they think something sells for $4,295 vs. $3,800 and likewise when a buyer makes an offer of less and gets their item at that price the buyer feels like they won too vs the higher historical pricing. There are 3rd party sites where you can see the true price easier.
