That is too bad. I'm glad you got the NGG but man I cant fathom having a customer come to my business and not having things prepared on a large purchase like that. For my own protection on sales of any kind I offer to take a video or the machine running in addition to pics and upload it so after they watch it if they notice anything they don't like we can address it. I want everything to be out on the table so neither party has anything to complain about.
