I am leaning towards fake. It could be real, but a few things bother me.
The left pic looks like leds.the lights under the bowl are green as well as the other slingshot. If you look at the picture on the left the lights are yellowish pointing to incandescent. Also why would joe blow make sure to include a picture of a perfect hologram?
It's not that it's fake, just misleading. I saw it and also assumed that it was $1,600. I think he listed it at $1,600 to get interest, but then said make offer because he intends on using craigslist to run an auction for it. I don't think it's a $1,600 CFTBL.
The ad in case it gets taken down:

Those green slings look sweet. I also like the green FILM. I might do that to mine. He also has the pop bumper mod and the green chaser lights. A lot of mods for someone who doesn't know much about them.
The two pictures aren't even from the same machine. You can tell because the second machine has white whirlpool lights. 
Didn't pick up on that. Maybe it is fake.

He may be fishing for better offers I suppose, but I think its real as well. Hopefully you can snag it, although that drive to Limon sucks balls
