    Quoted from rbissett:

Which Pinball Distributors/Manufacturers accept BitCoin as payment?
    Stern, JJP..?

I don't know about distributor, but I'd sell both my Met Pro and TZ for a single Casascius coin.

    Quoted from ExtremePinball:

When this thread was started, 40 days ago, Bitcoin was trading at about $5,500. Now passing $9,300 today.

    The high today reached $9,484.91.

Analysts and Pinsiders agree: $10,000 by Christmas.

I "invested" in Bitcoin for the first time on November 1st, and just sold what I had today. In a months time, I was able to make more than enough money to buy any NIB pin of my liking. Not too shabby. Once the CME futures go live, I might jump back in if there's a significant dip.

    Quoted from Astropin:

I think if the CME futures cause a dip it will be very brief. Of course with institutional money jumping in we could see even more "pumping & dumping".

100% agreed, which is why I set up an auto purchase for a particular benchmark. If it hits a number that makes sense to me, I’ll jump back in.

    Quoted from jwilson:

Haven’t seen any major movement on BTC for like a week now, I suspect we’ve reached a new plateau for the time being.

According to Coindesk, the start of the week saw BTC prices at $11,650 and it's currently at $16,981.19. I'd say that's pretty good movement still.

Meanwhile, LTC has been going bananas.

    Quoted from Astropin:

    Correction...392%...one day later.
    I'm expecting a correction soon.

Are you planning on moving your LTC to something else? I think I'm going to hodl everything for now, but I'm open to insight.

    Quoted from rai:

I’m probably going to pass on investing/speculating in crypto coins. Seems too shady to me.

Given what you’ve posted in this thread, I agree that it would be a good idea to pass. You shouldn’t just jump into crypto without doing a lot of research first. If you’re just chasing dollars, you’ll get burnt for sure.

    Quoted from acebathound:

So plugging that into a calculator you maybe make $13 profit per day with that setup at current rates or $400 per month at 0.13KW/h cost? And that's with 6x graphics cards going at it 24/7? Just trying to get an idea of things Must take 6mo or so to pay for itself.

$484.23 a month according to crypto-compare. Not too shabby if you ask me.

Moneygram tests XRP ripple money transfers 2 hours ago, Price jumps from a down $1.76 to $2.13

If the rumors of the Western Union partnership come to fruition, I would expect to see an even more significant pump. Given WU previous relationship with Ripple, I don't think the rumors are totally unfounded.

So..... Who wants to trade me a sweet ETH mining rig for my TZ?
