I have a semi-functional Gorgar to go along with my semi-functional pinball repair know-how.

I'll start with what works:
Scoring, GI, flippers, targets

What does not:
Jets, slingshots, snake pit magnet and the thingie that kicks the ball over to the plunger after you drain

I've reseated all of the chips and that awful 40-pin interconnect (because that's what everyone says to do whenever there's a problem with this system). All of the fuses look ok (though I may swap them out today for posterity).

Any suggestions as to what I should explore repairing next are greatly appreciated!

First thing to check is the solenoid fuse on the power supply.... it's a different fuse from the flippers.
Should be a 2.5A slow blow. Visual checks are useless, either swap with a known good one or hit it with a multimeter.

the best is the new connector 40 pin.and check your transistor of kicker on your mpu.
