Quoted from stashyboy:huh?
Do you mean 'Canada Dry'?
I think there were both.

Quoted from ZNET:The LEDs are sacrilegious on Surfers. They adulterate the perfectly balanced color palette of the first rate art package.
So you're saying it looks like ass.
Quoted from Sea_Wolf:“I was told it’s from 1950”.

"Totally Restored" apparently does not include changing the rubbers or cleaning the playfield.
Actually a nice looking game, but not $4,500 nice.
Quoted from boilerman:i was routed, you can see the ops inventory number stamped on the head
Funniest thing I've seen all day.
Quoted from Sea_Wolf:And why do people have to mess with original cabinet art? WTH?
ebay.com link
Ouch. Lattice? Did that come off his deck?
Quoted from Sea_Wolf:Somebody will probably swoop in the last minute but so far no bids at $99 with only 1 hour 25 minutes left.
Wow. Ended with no bids.
Quoted from Ballypin:Jeez. Clicked on this and the entire description is SHOUTED in all caps and even different font sizes for added shyster effect.
I didn't read any of it, afraid that the spit ball between his lips would hit me in the face.
I think his caps lock is stuck.
Quoted from Sea_Wolf:Comes with a volcanic flipper coil.
ebay.com link: Vintage Williams A GO GO Pinball Machine
The broken shard of playfield glass seems to indicate that it's not tempered safety glass, just plain plate glass. Maybe that's common for the age, but still dangerous as hell.
That flipper coil sure went up in smoke.
Quoted from pinhead52:What is this guy smoking. A paint over bowling queen for 4495

He rates the cabinet condition as 8/10.
(Wait, maybe it is under that horrible paint. )
Quoted from Sea_Wolf:Has some good deals with a slight vibe of the pawn shop in Pulp Fiction.
And apparently his capslock key is stuck.
Quoted from Gotemwill:Here’s one that doesn’t come up for sale too often. Looks like it’s in great shape.

"a friend of ours was sticking his hand inside while it was on and hit something that sparked and gave him a jolt. After that it did not work properly"
Way to go, genius.
Quoted from classicgamefan:STERN Rawhide or Stampede
Not my listing, but there's a poorly labelled auction for a Stern Rawhide or Stern Stampede lower cabinet with playfield just listed as "Pinball machine" on ebay. Pensacola, FL. I messaged the seller with the game name(s) so maybe he'll update it. Looks a bit rough (no glass, no legs and just a few poorly lit pictures), but maybe good for parts if you are in the area. $200 BIN or Make Offer.
ebay.com link: itm
Looks like the whole head is missing.
Quoted from Sea_Wolf:What’s up with this creepy altered backglass? A for effort I guess or not.
ebay.com link: itm
That does look creepy. Guessing the original was damaged or broken. Hard to tell if they were trying to recreate the original, or what.
Interesting game anyway. IPDB says it was Gottlieb's last woodrail.
