If I had the means to take all of them- my opening offer ( sight unseen aside from photos) would be $3,200.00- $4,000 or $100- $125 each- keeping in mind some might be in much worse shape that others and some might be "unsalvageable". You can work up from there, but be sure to have cash in hand- it is a great motivator to see a pile of bills under your nose. Also makes sence from a buyers prospective to let them all go at once rather then have to get good money for the first 5 or 6, so-so money for the next ten and then bargan basement dollars for the remainging titles. Just my 2 cents...
This one is a scam- He had this listed a few weeks ago- the address is an abandoned building in a sketchy neighborhood- a bunch of people showed up last time ( including myself) the same guy posted slot machines for $100.00 and other too good to be true items-
researched the real estate listing for the abandoned house and found the place absolutely gutted. ( from real estate agent photos)
Quoted from Gerry:its all about robbing ya thats it !
We figured that was the reason for this guy's post. Might have changed his mind after seeing 20 people hanging out waiting....
