Quoted from Billc479:

If the Springfield Il ad is still active, and someone here is serious about buying it, AND can wait until December 13, I can take a look at it for you.

It's sold I asked about it.

Game: Dallas
Manufacturer: Williams
Type: EM Woodrail
Month/Year: Feb 1949
Production: ???
Cost: $650
Location: Phoenixville, PA
Link/Contact: allentown.craigslist.org link

OP: It was part of what Williams called their Greatest Cities of America Hits. As can be seen in the pictures, it is in fabulous condition, especially for a pin ball game which is 68 years old! It has been completely gone through, cleaned, waxed, rubbered, and works correctly. It even still plays with a nickle!
It has an illuminated replay counter and still has a working knock off button underneath the cabinet which would allow the location to pay off the customer in cash back in the day! Quite a novelty today, and not seen very often anymore!

I had one of these a long time ago and remember it being a good player.

Paid a lot less for my High Hand, Rust must be extra! BG looks like its missing a lot of red, unless its the picture.

Had to see about the backglass, the photos were not the best. Playfield looks good, cabinet above average. If someone was in the market for a High Hand it may be worth making an offer.

#16710 6 years ago

Hope someone here gets the Super-flight and post some pic's of it for us!

#16711 6 years ago

it is a nice looking superflite, not that its going to sway anyones reason for buying it but ipdb says only 1901 copies made. if williams went along the lines of gottlieb , the prod probably is right on ipdb , making the 2 player less made than the 5977 stratofiltes made.

If he gets $850 it will be a miracle , LED’s are a turnoff for me on classic EM’s

Yeah, but that shouldn't be an issue to a collector. It's easily reversible.

Manufacturer: Bally
Game/Type: Four Million BC / EM 4 Player
Features: Zipper Flippers, Multiball
Month/Year: November 1970
Production: 3,550
Cost: $950 OBO
Location: Pleasant Hills (Pittsburgh), PA
Contact/Link: pittsburgh.craigslist.org link
Condition: "Nice clean player's condition Four Million B.C. Pinball by Bally (1971). Freshly shopped, 100% working, and plays as it should. Thoroughly cleaned top to bottom, all stainless polished, legs polished with new leg levelers and jam nuts. New correct flipper bats installed along with complete rubber kit and all GI bulbs replaced. Entire playfield thoroughly cleaned and waxed. The playfield does have some planking and typical paint loss at the "smoke trail" and pop bumpers. Has 3 new balls for the unique 3-ball multiball that this game features. The cabinet is all original except for the trim around the backglass being painted black. I personally like the look so I left it alone. The backglass is in absolutely beautiful condition. Overall a nice original example. All of the hard and tedious work is complete, it needs nothing, and can be enjoyed as is. Or, if someone is skilled with an airbrush, without much work could be near collector quality. These rarely come up for sale...thanks for looking!"

I would grab it if it were local though I hate the optional post added. Playfield looks like it could be cleaned up, cabinet needs a proper restore but it looks like they spent some $$ at PBR with a new coin door, pop caps, coin bezel and lockdown.

A little off topic but some may get a chuckle. This buttclown is selling his Toyota then proceeds to call Toyota products garbage in his rant/manifesto. I don’t think his vocation is sales or service orientated .

Not bad, except for the drop down cards part. Maybe they're just stuck or something. I'd give that one a look if it was local.

#16730 6 years ago

That El Toro looks like a lot of bull to me!

Actually, I'd like the Pop A Card glass.

Hard to tell, but it looks like the mech might be there.

Wow! That shouldn't last long. I would expect it to turn into a bidding war fairly quickly.
Wish I was in my Truck today.

San Marcos is a long way to drive.... in the rain.

#16743 6 years ago

Man, that's a deal and a half!

#16744 6 years ago

Even I might drive in the rain for that game....that's if I didn't already have a cherry one.
