I'm not too sure if the way those Eskimos are depicted would be considered politically correct in today's society.

AnaTOMical reasons... THAT'S NOOT RIIIIIGHT!!!

If i were an Eskimo I would be offended, just because everyone else is offended by something that has been offensive.

I have niece that is 75% Aleut. Nothing offends or embarrasses her. She's a character.

This is not my listing.
It's sold.
Quoted from MikeO:That's a pretty nice North Star for that money.
I saw that myself but... I'm up To my ass in wedgeheads I'll be thinning the herd over the next 3 years
Quoted from o-din:I'm not too sure if the way those Eskimos are depicted would be considered politically correct in today's society.
Yeah, count me as enlightened.
I actually had second thoughts about posting a link to a "North Star" ad. Wouldn't want anyone to be offended!
I would certainly "embrace" that babe on the backglass!
Quoted from 1974DeltaQueen:I saw that myself but... I'm up To my ass in wedgeheads I'll be thinning the herd over the next 3 years
Delta - When you thin out, think of me for Neptune, Kings and Queens and Dimension, in my desirability order.

JR has first crack , also I'm enjoying the Ice Show you sold me and JR was the one who found me that missing plastic. Wife loves Neptune it made the list of six keepers .
Quoted from 1974DeltaQueen:JR has first crack , also I'm enjoying the Ice Show you sold me and JR was the one who found me that missing plastic. Wife loves Neptune it made the list of six keepers .
Pleasure Isle has to be one of the keepers I'm guessing.

Hey, thanks, but that's OK. Didn't think any of those games would be leaving your collection anyway. As far as the ones cantbfrank named, I'm deferring my "dibs" to him. I'm flush with games and as you may know am on a woodrail kick now. There's only three wedgeheads on my wanted list, and you don't have any of them.
Quoted from jrpinball:ere's only three wedgeheads on my wanted list
what would they be?
Quoted from ZNET:TKO, Tiger and Poseidon?
i have the TKO and have a poseidon pf & bg no tiger but was tempted to pull the trigger on the basket case one that was on ebay,
Quoted from ZNET:TKO, Tiger and Poseidon?
If I ever come across a "TKO", it would be an instant flip. It does nothing for me despite it's historical significance.
Had a chance at a "Tiger", but it was a major restoration job. Not worthy.
"Poseidon" is essentially the same as "Neptune". I have the backglass and have a "Neptune" already.
Quoted from boilerman:i have the TKO and have a poseidon pf & bg no tiger but was tempted to pull the trigger on the basket case one that was on ebay,
Yeah, that's the "Tiger" I was offered before it went on eBay.
Isn't the playfield of "Poseidon" the same as "Neptune"?

I played TKO at the Silverball Museum in Asbury Park, NJ. I too agree that its gameplay is uninspired. Nevertheless, I would add that title to my collection to play it longterm, if the opportunity arose.
There really aren't too many scarce wedgeheads (Blue Note/Rock Star, Strange World, Hit-the-Deck/Neptune/Poseidon, TKO, Tiger). Have I omitted any?

Ok I'll have to replace Neptune with Astro or Pleasure Isle
A little pricey for the condition. Vic Camp and I checked this game out about 15 years ago. The guy wanted like $900 for it at the time.

Quoted from o-din:Here is a nice ad for a nice machine.
sfbay.craigslist.org link
Nice game. It's much closer to 70 years old, not 60.
It's a fun game to play too. I don't think I'd be willing to part with mine.
It's one of those games where you have to get the numbered bumpers in order. And the knocker provides drum roll sound effects in unison with the lady shooting the pistol on the backglass. And much more.

I was bidding on that Tiger for the last few seconds and let it go when somebody bid like $450 or something like that. I guess with the NOS glass it's okay but in that condition I was not going to go that high.
Here's an EM game you don't see that often. Half pinball and half pitch and bat.

I have the cousin machine - '48 Barnacle Bill. Similar upper playfield layout with sequential 6 pop bumper scoring , great art, animation in the backglass when Barnacle Bill "knocks" on the door, reverse flippers. Fun game and one of my keepers, too.
Quoted from cantbfrank:Ok I'll have to replace Neptune with Astro or Pleasure Isle
Pleasure Isle is one of the keepers. Astro I'll let go eventually along with Dimension Gold Srike, and Free Fall. Diamond Jack is staying along with Flipper Cowboy and probably Kings & Queens.

Nope. From 1974 Delta Queen.
I had another one, but sold it at Pintastic 2015.

It's still listed. I'll bet he's still getting calls!

"Oh Johnny" pinball-$300
Not working.
losangeles.craigslist.org link
Jeez, Johnny sounds like a hot-shot, but that's the last face I would imagine any of those girls would want to wake up to! Might cause a scream!
I do admire the theme though, and the "point" of it. I guess Johnny is the dreamy lifeguard/sailor. Loved by women, surfer men, and schnauzers.
