That looks fun.
Quoted from 1974DeltaQueen:I passed on a 150 Target Alpha because I hate the large coin doors and deep cabinets
$150 Target Alpha - It would be tough for me to pass on that unless it was closer to a parts game. Good artwork and game play. There's other deep cabinet/large coin door games that are worth getting - Jacks Open, C-37 to name a few.
$1000 Chicago Coin Tahiti 1949. Great artwork (Parker, I presume), and looks like interesting gameplay. The sequence Bumpers are all banked on either side of the reverse-articulated flippers.
Love the "Bang" Bumpers. Also, what's happening in that last picture? Did they cover up the gobble hole? Or just a weird angle?

Those have been listed for the same price for 2 years Vic.........won't budge. Extra Inning may be somewhat rare, but gameplay is like watching paint dry..........

Bally"Beauty Contest" flipperless woodrail in St. Louis. Looks and plays great per seller:
Don't see Bally woodrails too often unless it's Bingo or arcade. You would have thought they would have flippers on a 1960 game.

This is my new favorite. Chicago Coin Riviera in DC. PF glass broke. I guess it's too hard to dispose of the non-tempered shards. Put the apron on top of the mess?
Scary/weird.

Manufacturer: Sonic
Game/Type: Butterfly / EM 4 Player
Month/Year: November 1977
Production: Unknown
Cost: $500

Condition: Really nice looking game. OP: "99% working. Game plays great but I can not get the ball to kick out of the hole at the top of the play field. I have it rigged right now so a game can be played without that feature. Everything else works fine. It's going to take someone smarter than me to fix it. Back glass and play field are perfect, no touch ups.
Cabinet graphics are in good shape and the cabinet itself is solid. There is some paint loss issues on the cabinet, mostly on the back box."

Wish it was closer.....
Wow, that thing really is in great condition and super nice-looking. It shouldn't be too hard to fix that kickout either. Butterfly girls aren't actually topless, but close enough

Looks neat.
That Cue Ball is cool! Never seen one at a show that I can remember... looks like a fun game to boot.. love the beautiful blond on the backglass... is she hot or what?????
the light pastel colors faded very quickly. plus i don't think many people like the pink color to start with. those are why it gets repainted a lot
it took me years to find a great example of this title. it's a title you either love or hate.
This one doesn't look too bad.
This is Pinsider NoQuarters game and he said he could do a little better in the Chicago Trade/Sell thread. Bottom of page 40.

Anyone going to be around Chicago on Friday (or Saturday) who'd want to take a chance grabbing a 1930's game at an estate sale?

I think the game ("International") was actually made by ABT Mfg., even though IPDB attributes it as 'unknown'. It would look great restored. If someone does grab it, would love to hear about it.

Have you ever been to Norco? Even at those low prices, I don't think the trip is worth the Smell of Cow Urine and Manure. LOL.

You just have to let those machines air out a bit.
1970 Bally Double Up Rare game, production of 55. Too bad he busted the backglass
Could be easily re-themed to a more "adult" backglass??

Illinois is farm country too. In fact, I see the neighbor's horses and cows out my window most of the year. I picked up a Dimension from a Dairy Farmer. Don't have to worry about taking off your shoes when you go into his house to play his pins. If they came out with a pin like "Ol MacDonald" or Green Acres with a farm animals theme he would buy it!

This is right in my neighborhood but not my cup of tea. It would look insanely good restored, i agree. What would be a reasonable price for this kind of thing????

From the pictures, at least the plunger is missing, and the front door, although they may be sitting inside the cabinet. There may be other parts missing as well, so it's pretty much a gamble. As it sits, I'd say no more than $200.
Does anyone know why the plungers are frequently missing from games from the 30s?
May be purely mechanical, in which case can be restored simply by cutting a new door, carving a plunger (or casting, if you're fancy).
