What did ya get?
Those five 1950's jukes look like a good pick up.
There are two Skyjumps and they are complete. One has a really rusty front door and water damage on the front of the cab, but the inside and tops on both are really good. The heads look great on most the games....backglass on the one skyjump could be sealed and called good.
The other pins were pretty attacked by mice and moister.
Dirtflipper - I pulled in a Chicago Coin Motorcycle and Rifle Champ. Love the looks of both games. I've been working on a Bally Sub-Pack that is really cool...that the guy pulled out for me to work on. The arcades favored well in storage (EM and solid state), the pins did not. He grabbed most the shooting games (Twin Rifles, Big Top, Genco shooting game (can't remember which one), Chicago Coin Flying Ducks...just to name a few. The jukeboxes look amazing. A really amazing fine! Whoever goes out there Sat. should have a blast. Two shufflebowlers (united I believe), ball bowler, and lost of classic arcades!

Neat stuff!
So what happens to it all after the short, one day, 3-hour sale?
Word round the campfire is that the 50's jukes are all sold to a reseller back east. I see the ad is updated, and no more old jukes, so I assume this is right, right?

Hang Glider in Northern VA - looks to have pretty nice cab (based on the one pic taken from a mile away).

And then it needs a cabinet re-paint - wonder who qualifies for that?

But the dude wants a mower, no bargaining with him, geez!

so go buy a mower...
I need my mower. It's been around longer than all my pinballs. What I really need though is to use it.

Riding mower, pin is probably worth ~$400

Dang, wish I was closer (3 hour drive). Damn day job gets in the way.
FYI - looks like a barn find came up in OKC, OK:
oklahomacity.craigslist.org link
The prices seem cheap...but the "water damage from leaking roof and Mice" scares me away. I would love to spend a day just looking around in there, but my guess is that I would be disappointed. I initially got excited when he listed "Wizard Pinball" hoping it was the GTLB, but I see in one of the pics that it's the Bally.

That's the mess from Omaha right? I think they are CL'ing it all over. Sounds like anything good has been picked up and the rest may be trashed
Quoted from Wickerman2:That's the mess from Omaha right? I think they are CL'ing it all over. Sounds like anything good has been picked up and the rest may be trashed
Haha - duh - I didn't even pay attention to the location. Just a quick 8 hour drive from OKC. :/
Quoted from Damonator:Note the sky jump in this pic.
Could be a "Free Fall" since Oklahoma is alleged to be an add-a-ball state. In the second photo, you can see a head from an "Apollo" or "Blast Off". The head of the "Sky Jump" or "Free Fall" can be seen as well, so that game is likely complete. In the fifth photo, there's what appears to be an "Evel Knievel" lurking.
Quoted from AlexF:Looks like Williams Triple Action underneath Wizard.
Yup, it's a "Triple Action". The add-a-ball version, "Star Action", has a white cabinet.
Hah, didn't notice the location either until now. Nebraska is not an add-a-ball state, so likely the games in the photos are the replay versions.
Quoted from pinhead52:Dang, wish I was closer (3 hour drive). Damn day job gets in the way.
hmmm maybe ill buy a mower this weekend

Well, as long as you're all excited about coming to Grand Island, Nebraska tomorrow, why not toss a woodrail or two into the truck and bring them to me? I'll meet you outside the building, buy the woodrails, and you'll have an empty truck and a pocket full of cash to attack that Craigslist sale with.

There is an EK body in one of he pictures too.
Quoted from o-din:If I was to trade my orange Husqvarna for a pinball machine I would be in real trouble! The back yard is already looking like a disaster area.
But then again I would have more room out in the shed.DSCN4163_(resized).JPG
Geez, just till that up, put in some low maintenance ground-cover and fuggetaboutit! More time for Pinball!
That Williams in RI is an hour away but I hate working on 4P EM pins in general , too much chit can go wrong. I passed on a 150 Target Alpha because I hate the large coin doors and deep cabinets . So I bought a 2p Duotron with a nice door instead because I have more parts for the 64-75 games and needed the nicer door for a keeper game .
Quoted from o-din:Are dandelions considered low maintenance?
those are great ground cover..they spread really well. Plus, you can make a salad out of them.
Still can't believe this Wms Cueball hasn't sold @$350 in MA:
