Quoted from Rat_Tomago:You are missing out then. Atlantis is one of the top 3 or 4 EM's from the 70's. There is always a high demand for it. Hopefully and Atlantis would become available closer to where you live at some point. Like DF said. That one is in extremely nice condition.
I am sure I am but just don't have the time.
Quoted from AlexF:Well, haven't you only been hunting for like a week. I have had lots of them and haven't bought one this week either.
literally 'ing...
i have room for one now too... and i haven't bought one in months....
To be fair we all know what it's like when you decide you need another one. It can't happen soon enough.
If anyone in AZ is heading to SoCal in the next week or two and would be willing to bring that Atlantis to me, I'd be happy to pay a reasonable amount for doing so.
Drool.

I was just going to post this also... Ha you beat me to it..
Quoted from o-din:I can't remember if I bought one this week or not.
it would be easier to keep track of the weeks that you DIDN'T buy one...

yea true dat... i'm feeling the itch as well, but really trying to hold out for either a pitch and bat or something on the real short list...

Perhaps it is time to add a poll?
French Toast please.......
Better yet, 2 eggs over easy. Hash browns, well done. Sour dough Toast with butter. And a nice slab of ham.
Quoted from bellbrand:Pancakes or waffles???
I, like everybody else has always preferred to leave pro-football alone up there, but in honor of closing in on our 200th page and 10,000th post, if we get enough support, and I get in the proper mindset then maybe we can add a poll.

nooooooo.... the poor unloved (except by the few enlightened souls amoungst us) pro-football deserves its spot alone...

Eggs Benedict?
Okay, I named my Son Micah. I would never have named him Festus (although he was much better at that role than Chester Good). I like the fact that he showed up a number of times in different roles on Gunsmoke before he landed the part of Deputy.
Have you ever met someone named Festus?

that looks to be a pretty decent deal...
Quoted from John_in_NC:Lots of decent deals seem to pop up near Boston. I would go 350 for that one easily.
true dat... seems like at least one decent deal shows up around there on a pretty regular basis...
i'd guess there are plenty of machines in that area (esp if you include coastal nh and southeast maine)... there was no shortage of arcades at beach locations back in the day, that's for sure...

Me too.. Although my team
image-943.jpgas a born and bred celtics fan, it doesn't hurt my feelings too much that the lakers are "struggling"... not that we are a helluva lot better...
although to be completely honest, it's more fun when teams like the lakers/celts are good... so i hope that the lakers get their act together soon...
thank goodness for league pass... otherwise, i'd be stuck watching the sixers....

Celtics, schmeltics. We've got showtime!
Quoted from stashyboy:Ah, the good ol' days Odin. Sadly, now long gone.....
Yeah, but we stlll have pancakes!
oh MAN do i miss those days... the old garden would ROCK!!!
and the players on those teams... just in the pic you posted, there are 4 hall of famers and bird, magic, and (the hated) kareem are without argument in the top 10 players of all time... and robert parish is a top 40 player...
missing from that pic...
worthy, hof, top 40 player...
mchale, hof, top 20 player... the only man i'd rather have set up on the block more than hakeem...
dj, hof, top 40 player...
i'm missing a few i know...
amoungst many other very very good nba players... those were some GREAT series in the 80's... and at the risk of sounding like an old fart, "real man's basketball"... don't get me wrong, i really enjoy today's nba, both the offense and the defense is significantly evolved since the 80's... but occasionally, i kinda miss someone getting clotheslined when they drive the lane...
Quoted from ccotenj:missing from that pic...
I'll show you who's missing. He never missed.

Couldn't agree more.
The NBA is played very differently today than it was back then. I knew when I was watching those Lakers and Celtics teams playing each other that it was something very special and historic. Two of the very best NBA teams ever playing each other in the finals. Doesn't get better than that.
