Anybody have feedback on when the lighted frames will be shipped? 4 months ago Stern took my money and nothing in return...Is it time to file a report with the Better Business Bureau?

Got this E-mail this morning:
"Greetings to our Stern customers and supporters,
First, our apologies for the lack of communication on your translite frame orders. I now have all the order information for each customer and will be sending updates. The frames arrived in Chicago customs last week and we are just waiting on the truck to drop them off at our dock (we are in the suburban Chicago area). I will send the shipping updates when the orders are ready to ship. I will also be including a gift along with your order for the inconvenience. Again, our sincerest apologies!"
Hopefully the "gift" will be a machine. LOL

I was just thinking about this picture with 2 prints that both have the same number on them. It rubs me the wrong way a bit. As I see it there are 2 possibilities with this scenario
1, an honest mistake, someone can’t count
2, this is straight up fraud. - this one I’m more inclined to believe
I wonder if a LE game ever has ever had a duplicate number plate installed?

Yeah, I'm not sure. I would think honest mistake since the 2 prints with the same number where shipped to the same person. Obviously the same person buying two numbered prints is going to notice if they are the same. It does make you wonder how many others have received duplicate numbers though.
