    Just messing around wondering where my rating ranked, posting here to share with anyone interested.

    I pulled all 16140 players from the IFPA website,

    Mean: 1130.62783
    Median: 1116.83
    St Dev: 218.5375349

    Histogram with bin size 50 here:

    Not sure what the reason is for the spike between 800-900, any guesses welcome. Besides that, it seems to be a fairly normal distribution, which it is supposed to be.

    To calculate your percentile score (my whole reason for doing this), find your z-score

    zscore = (yourrating-1130.62783)/218.5375349

    and enter it here

    My guess it's because not every player rating is visible. Off the top of my head, you must have played in 5 events for the ratings to be visible on ranking page. Given that most players who attended one event most likely didn't do well, they most likely have low ratings.
