#3 11 years ago

Niiiice!!!

#4 11 years ago

Kids, wife and clothes are next, just don't get anything caught in the coin returns, clothes pins work well

#5 11 years ago

Now that is the pinball disease at its finest. WOW!

#6 11 years ago

LOL!! That's a man with proper priorities!

ACDC rocks and WOZ is going to be killer. I predict a great pairing!

#7 11 years ago

Think of what you can get if you sell your house.

#8 11 years ago

acdc and WOZ...must have been a pretty nice car

#9 11 years ago

Wow. If I sold my car, I don't think I could afford a beat up Xenon.

#10 11 years ago

Anybody wanna buy a lung..? I think I can mod myself to live with only one !

#11 11 years ago

Boats should be sold first for pin money. They eat up more cash than pins anyhow....and you can't even drive them to work!

#12 11 years ago

Nice - that is hard core pin love!

#13 11 years ago

man you are really sick... hmmmm not a bad idea!

#14 11 years ago

Now that's the type of commitment to pinball I like to see. Bravo!

#15 11 years ago

Car is gone, who needs legs to walk around that city either, sell those and get a MM and AFM, one for each leg sold. Keep the arms and hands though, gonna need those to play your pins.

#16 11 years ago

Nice you won't be disappointed with ac/dc!

Hahaha...you tilt a post that bashes a person that sells a car to buy pins...really! Tilt away....

#19 11 years ago

Easy to sell a car for pins when you have more than one, just saying...thougt about selling my summer car for some.

#20 11 years ago

What car did you sell?
(surprised that hasn't been asked yet...)

Well now, who says he doesnt have 2-4 cars, and he just sold one to buy pins? If it was his ONLY car, I'll admit, that judgment seems a bit fuzzy to me ...

You sir, win today's internets!

#23 11 years ago

Congrats PB!
I hope you are happy with the two choices.
Why the hell did the OP get a tilt BTW?!? Man, I hate that... A POX on thee!
Too bad my car is only worth a routed TAF or I'd do the same thing!
(I put more miles on my bike anyway.)

The guy lives in Chicago - if he is downtown he might be better off without a car. It can be expensive and a hassle with a car downtown...

How much is it for a kidney these days?

#26 11 years ago

I sell New Homes in the City. Urban Infill. Its the trend. 3 blocks to Subway, Bus Stop on the corner and Restaurants and Grocery within 2 blocks. Not mention parks, Gym and bars galore.
MANY of my buyers move in with 2 cars and have told me that after 6 months car 1 and sometimes car 2 get sold as they are a waste of money and space once not used anymore. Especially with a Zip car location 1 block away.
Not so odd at all.

#27 11 years ago

Out with the old & in with the NIB!

I could do with a pair.

Who needs a car in the city anyway?
If I find a job sometime and need to drive, I'll sell some games.
You only live once!

That-a-boy!

#30 11 years ago

had a friend that sold a classic car he had to free up money for pinball

Needs must.

#32 11 years ago

The dude is in Chicago... Can take the L most places. Plus parking in Chicago (in the city) is expensive....

#33 11 years ago

It's funny to think what an intricate machine my car is. How much labor went into connecting all of its various bits together much less designing it and such. Much like a pinball machine only my car is worth so very much less.

So you buys pins with the car proceeds while you are looking for a job? But hey, I agree with the line that "you only live once"....go for it

#35 11 years ago

I would tilt the AC/DC part, but I can't separate tilts like that. That pin will be pretty cheap on the market once the initial hype wears off. My prediction is WOZ will have longer legs (figuratively). SHoulda bought a great used game like WPT, RBION... better pinball action and more $$$ in your pocket.

#36 11 years ago

The car part..ok. Buying pins with no job. Not my place to comment but I would be lying if I did not say that was concerning.

#37 11 years ago

I read it as "If I find a different job where I need to drive...", but what do I know?
