Hi, my Solar City is not resetting the drop target bank. Both. What could be? I checked the motor and add player unit relay.
I think mine its bad connected to the transformer as it needs 110v. Where the white wire with the energy must be connected?

thanks

You'll have to find the circuit that sends power to the target reset solenoids (coils). Do you have a schematic for the machine? If you have the schematic, find the target reset solenoids and follow the circuit back to all the switches that control the power to those solenoids... Most likely one of those switches is dirty or needs to be adjusted...

Hi ChilePin
a word of warning: This is the schematics of an European Target Alpha --- having 220 VAC --- it is not the USA-110VAC model !!!

In the wiring I see a Switch on DX-First-Ball-Interlock-Type-Relay. Then switches on "S-Start-Relay / P-Add-Player-Unit-Relay". The 10-Drop-Target-Bank is operated by TWO Coils. Greetings Rolf

Which target bank is not resetting? Or are both target banks not resetting? Knowing this will allow us to narrow down the options.

Thanks for the answer. Ok, the banks are properly connected to 110v. But both do not reset. But they reset until yesterday.
The problem is I don't have the squematic.
But if it similar to target alpha I will check DX, S and P. And the motor.

Fuses are ok too.

If the drop targets were resetting fine and have now stopped, follow the schematic as others had suggested.

If this is a game you just got check the drop target bank reset fuses. There are two reset coils for the 10 bank and two fuses. There is one reset coil for the 5 bank and one fuse. All three fuses will reside on the bottom side of the playfield, probably between the two banks.

Those fuses are ok.

Here's another version of the schematic. If both banks don't reset and the fuses are OK then I would first check that DX contact on the DX interlock relay (with power OFF!). \

ummm I did say POWER OFF! Hope you are ok though. Good thing it wasn't 240 as that hurts!

Solved. Thanks a lot for the squematics pictures!

Glad you fixed it! What was the problem in the end?
