the pacific pinball museum has two solar cities being worked on at the moment, but I won't be back to the warehouse for a week

the flat spot on the ratchet would be at step 14 (14 steps up from reset = 15 wipers positions in total), and that's when the peg should open the "15th pos. bonus unit" switch.

the post/peg that stops the ratchet at the reset position is on the underside of the ratchet between the ratchet and frame.

post a pic of your unit if ya like, but it sounds like you need to remove the topside switch operating peg, verify the unit steps 14 times from reset, then stick the peg in the appropriate hole to open the switch.

if you don't have 14 steps up from reset to the flat spot, that's a bigger problem. I dunno if you can move the reset stop peg/post.
