My wife is a labor & delivery nurse. She also teaches L&D as a professor at a college near us. She comes home "talking shop" using certain phrases, specific birthing strategies and related techniques/medicines and birth outcomes. We've been married 20 years. After all this time I swear I could impersonate an OB/GYN at parties and handle a birth. But I'm really glad I never had to like you. You're a brave & blessed individual. Keep it up!

Lucky for us, it was just me and Mom in the van. I think seeing their sister being born would have traumatized a few of them.
