    It's the licencing compliations. Kaminiko + Elvira both had extra layers of cost/challenge for those licenses. Similar to Beatles which you didn't mention, but also didn't have the regular pricing model. When something falls outside of the 'cornerstone' business model, it gets special naming convention.

    It has nothing to do with anything else really. Initial prices were higher, so resale prices start higher.
