Jurisdiction would be a huge issue. You would have very little recourse. If JJP had gone bankrupt, you could at least file a claim with the BK court.
JJP also hired one of the best software guys out there in Keefer. Who is the software designer for this pin? Who is the playfield designer?
That said, I definitely hope that they make a go of this and that it turns out great.
But no way would I pre-order based solely on the theme.
