Just wondering who out there can help make Playfield plastics. Don't have the knowledge, skill or wherewithall! I remember seeing a few posts a while back about this and custom decals. Hello, anyone?

That thread taught me how to do it. I now create them on an as needed basis. If you need help with something shoot me a PM.
I bought a HP scan 4600 so I can scan pf's and plastics. I've scanned things for people, but never created my own yet. I'd like to though!
Just bought a laser cutting machine, laser color printer, and clear sticker paper. Going to try this myself.

How about an "EAT" plastic for RCT? I would be happy with a clear one so I can glue the pieces to it.
I will be posting something along making new plastics for my machine, a W?D that I bought a few weeks ago. I am new to the forum and pinball in general but have lurked many hours during the last few weeks.
I have a larger laser cutter (GCC Spirit LS) at home as well as s normal laser printer. I am currently working on vectorizing most of the artwork of the W?D (everything aside from the PF) for a restore.
I have been making a few parts already and am waiting for a few of my orders to arrive to try out more. You might want to check out my thread here: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/who-dunnit-working-on-misc-replacement-platics-slot-machine-etc
I have already tried to replicate the slingshot plastics by using adhesive film on the back of the laser cut plastics but did not achieve satisfactory color reproduction. Another option would be to get the printing done by a company, directly onto the plastics (they can print white too!) and do the aser cutting myself.
As this seems to be the perfect thread as to what I am doing at the moment I will post my progress in regard to playfield plastics here as well.
So far I ony have experimented with acrylics but recieved a few lexan sheets today, among other things.
I am also able to do laser cutting for you as long as you can send me a sketch or even better a scanned part. There should be, however, other guys in the US as well who would be willing and able to do this for a fair price as well, although shipping for plastics from Germany to the US would only be 5$, so stil wuite reasonable.
If you are interested just send me a PM. I want to try more resistant materials than acrylics though before I offer anything for money (hence the lexan, etc)
